Start Where You Are

Ahhh, Spring! The time of relentless freshness and opportunities to begin again.

The wonderful thing about transformation is that you don't have to have a grand plan in place. All you need is a willingness to do something different.

A marathon runner didn't start by running 26 miles. They start out a little at a time. Wearing the sneakers already in their closet. Simply walking to the corner. Honoring that inner voice that says "Let's go".

Then they get up and do it again.

And again.

And again.

Now I'm not suggesting YOU become a marathon runner (unless that IS your goal); what I am suggesting is that you just start taking one step towards your goal.

You know you will far happier doing one small thing than you will ever be just dreaming about it.
